Family Health & Wellness Fair

Working with the Central Coast Community Womens Health Centre on a project that was co-designed to support women and their families, particularly new mothers in the post-natal period. The project provided an opportunity for parents to learn further about postnatal care, and connect with support services available to them in a supportive community environment.

Together Collaborative Minds and the Central Coast Community Womens Health Centre connected with over 30 local community organisations, government bodies and education institutions. Collaborating to address a critical need in the community, postnatal health care for women that work and live in the Central Coast NSW.

Collaborative Minds provided key support services including project management, graphic design, photography and outcomes measurement and reporting.
