Family Health and Wellness Fair
Working with the Central Coast Community Womens Health Centre on a project that was co-designed to support women and their families, particularly new mothers in the post-natal period. The project provided an opportunity for parents to learn further about postnatal care, and connect with support services available to them in a supportive community environment.
Together Collaborative Minds and the Central Coast Community Womens Health Centre connected with over 30 local community organisations, government bodies, health and education institutions. Collaborating to address a critical need in the community, postnatal health care for women that work and reside in the Central Coast NSW
